5. Sketches of 4 different design in the packet “Step 3”(get them approved) 
6. Check to make to see whether your ideas form Step 3 follow the constraint “Step 4”
7. Pick “Your best design” and make a Refined Detailed Sketch, “Step 5”
8. Draft a set of plans in the packet “Step 6”
9. Get it all approved by Mr. Bishopp
10. Build it….
11. Test it…
12. Document the test, “Step 7”
13. To get a grade you must complete the write-up in the packet and turn in the entire packet.

Problem Statement:

You need to research, design, construct, and perfect a Mag Lev train that will travel the length of the track. The train must be of safe design and operation and powered ONLY by the propeller.

Constraints:

1. Must be of safe design and operation
2. Powered ONLY by the propeller
3. Must levitate
4. May only use given material
5. Must have some ascetic design
6. All judgments are final
7. Any other constraints as added by the instructor.
