- Research what a robotic end effector is and how it works (Google, How Stuff Works, Robotic Research)
- Sketches of 4 different design (get them approved)
- Draft a set of plans (Green paper, straight lines and T-squares)
- Get it all approved by Mr. Bishopp

Problem Statement
We need to design, construct, test, and perfect a Robotic End Effector that will capture a number of Ping Pong balls and move them to a different area in a five minute time frame. The Robotic End Effector must be of safe design and operation and may only be moved by the given hydraulic system.
Constraints
- Five minute time
- Must be of safe design and operation
- May only be moved by the given hydraulic system
- May only be operated by 3 people
- May not alter or harm ping pong ball
- All judgement are final
- Must be painted
- Other constraints as added by the Instructor
- End Effector must attach to 1/4″ -20 bolt on the arm
- The “Wrist” needs to be 2″ in width
